WORK

1. O espaço que ainda falta para caber
2025
+ Poster Design

As part of the Correspondência Gráfica course by Studio Anna’s, I created posters for São Paulo’s Bienal. The project encouraged us to work from a name chosen in group exercises, experimenting with typography, composition, and the idea of graphic correspondence. The map of Ibirapuera Park served as my starting point, a metaphor for the Bienal’s physical space. I used its shapes to build the poster, creating a composition where the elements appear to fight for room. This sense of struggle was intentional, reflecting how absence and conflict of space can generate a dynamic visual tension.

    2. Website Design & Development for Tattoo Artist Freelance Project
    2025
    + UI/UX design
    + Brand adaptation
    + Squarespace

The client wanted a website that could showcase their tattoo portfolio, strengthen their personal brand, and serve as a channel to attract new clients and sell products online. The main goal was to create a digital space that reflected their artistic identity while remaining accessible and easy to navigate.

I developed a clean structure with clear sections for the portfolio, about, and contact, making the browsing experience straightforward. The design translates the client’s unique visual style through bold typography, strong imagery, and a cohesive color palette. I also optimized the gallery to highlight artworks and integrated social media and contact links for smoother communication.

    3. Upside Down Gallery
    2024
    + Branding
    + Brand Strategy
    + Visual Identity

“The Upside Down Gallery project brief involved branding the abandoned North Woolwich Railway Station as a vibrant creative space. The goal was to celebrate the local community and its diverse culture, shaped by its immigrant population, while providing a platform for diasporic artists. The challenge was to create a brand identity that reflected inclusivity, creativity, and cultural richness.

To develop the brand, I translated the community’s diversity and the artists’ perspectives into a cohesive visual identity. Drawing on the building’s history as a train station, I incorporated railway-inspired signage, typography, and wayfinding elements to create a sense of place. These references were combined with a contemporary color palette, graphic motifs, and adaptable design elements across the physical space, promotional materials, and digital touchpoints, creating a distinctive brand that engages the community while reflecting the gallery’s mission.

    5. The Age of Earthquakes
    2023
    + Print
    + Poster Design

The Age of Earthquakes is a three-layered poster inspired by the book of the same name by Shumon Basar, Douglas Coupland and Hans Ulrich Obrist. The book is an experimental exploration of the rapid change the world has undergone in the past years and is set to undergo in the next years due to the advancement of technology. To convey its message in a poster, a quote from the book was used in constrast with a variety of analog techniques.

      6. The First Shaman
Winner of Creative Conscience Awards 2025
      2024
      + Activism
      + Web Design
      + Motion

The First Shaman is a narrative-based website that introduces the Yanomami society and culture through their own perspective to an English Speaking public. Rather than just denouncing the widespread damage the West’s exploitation of the Amazon forest has caused to their people, the digital narrative offers an opportunity for the audience to immerse themselves in the otherness of Yanomami cosmology.
